Sandra Bekhor

Sandra Bekhor is a Practice Management Coach and founder of Bekhor Management, established in 2005 to support small to mid-sized professional practices. She works with lawyers, architects, consultants and other professionals to identify unique opportunities, minimize risks, and pursue authentic strategies for growth. Drawing on decades of experience, she provides confidential guidance on leadership, people management, client development, and practice management, helping firm leaders realize the full potential of their practices.       

Aisling Bondy

Aisling Bondy has practiced in the field of immigration and refugee law since her call to the bar. She received her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and completed her last semester of law school at the Universidad de Chile in Santiago, Chile. Prior to attending law school she obtained a B.A. from McGill University in Political Science and International Development, and completed a semester at the Universidad de las Américas in Puebla, Mexico.

Aisling practices in all areas of immigration law, and regularly represents clients before visa offices around the world and before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court. She has taught Immigration and Refugee Law Procedures at Humber College and often delivers presentations concerning immigration and refugee law to the public and at professional development events, such as Humber College, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers.

Aisling is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Chad Finkelstein

Chad Finkelstein is a partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP, and founder and chair of the firm’s franchise practice group and cannabis practice group. He is a transactional lawyer and a registered trademark agent, and practices in the areas of corporate law, M&A, franchise law, intellectual property law, cannabis law, information technology law, advertising/marketing law and gaming law. In 2018, he was selected as a winner of Lexpert’s Rising Stars award, recognizing Canada’s leading lawyers under 40 years old. He has been recognized by his peers as a ranked lawyer in such publications as Lexpert, Who’s Who Legal: Canada, Chambers Canada, The Best Lawyers in Canada and Franchise Times. He contributes regular columns on business, cannabis, franchising and branding legal issues to the National Post and The Globe & Mail, and has been an interview subject on these issues in the Globe and Mail, National Post, the Canadian Press, and on CTV, CBC, BNN, CityTV, CH News and numerous radio news programs. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto.
